Thanos is an experienced Captain with over 6 years of active charter and open-sea experience in the Cyclades, Ionian Sea and Sporades. Highly skilled in voyage planning, vessel handling, docking and mooring, with strong emphasis on safety, seamanship and guest satisfaction. Holding a Sailing Diploma, Speed Boat Operator License and First Aid Certification, combined with a solid technical background in Aircraft Engineering, offering excellent mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills onboard.
Well-known for a calm leadership style, excellent communication with guests and crew, and a hospitality-driven mindset, gained through long-term experience in the food and beverage industry and business ownership. Discreet, polite and service-oriented, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable onboard atmosphere while maintaining high operational standards.
Fluent in Greek and English, adaptable, organized and reliable — a strong asset for charter sailing yachts and private operations in Greek waters.

Leonora Stavrou was born in 1978 and raised in Athens, Greece. She holds a degree in Cosmetics and Aesthetics from the University of Athens. Her passion for the sea and enthusiasm for cooking led her to a career in yachting .For the past five years, Leonora has worked as a dedicated crew member on crewed catamarans, earning excellent feedback from guests for her culinary skills and outstanding service. Known for her attention to detail, she ensures an exceptional onboard experience in all aspects of her role. In her free time, Leonora enjoys experimenting with new recipes and desserts, swimming, and reading. She brings a warm, professional approach to every charter, making each journey memorable for guests.
