His deep-rooted knowledge of Greek waters, combined with outstanding navigational skills, makes him an exceptional guide and leader at sea.
A safety-conscious and diligent captain, Apostolis is known for his mastery in line handling, course plotting, and weather forecasting—skills that ensure every voyage is smooth, secure, and enjoyable. Passionate about fresh ingredients, seasonal produce, and beautifully presented dishes, he excels in creating memorable meals that enhance every onboard moment.
