Free At Last ist eine 28 Meter lange Segelyacht mit Crew und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste in 3 Kabinen, betreut von einer 4 köpfigen Crew. Die Yacht wurde 2001 gebaut und 2025 umfassend erneuert. Sie fährt unter maltesischer Flagge und hat ihren Heimathafen auf Korfu in Griechenland. Alle drei Kabinen verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Zur Aufteilung gehören eine Master Kabine sowie zwei wandelbare Kabinen, die wahlweise als Zweibett oder Doppelkabinen eingerichtet werden können. Specialising in Mediterranean, Italian, seafood, and international cuisine, she is known for her clean, fresh cooking style, professionalism, and calm attitude on board.
Job Description
Responsible for all galley operations, including menu planning, provisioning, meal preparation, dietary requirement management, galley hygiene, and stock control. Marina delivers high-quality cuisine for both guests and crew while maintaining excellent organisation and efficiency in the galley. She is experienced in sourcing fresh local products throughout the Mediterranean and works independently while ensuring a smooth and positive atmosphere on board.
