Die 24 Meter lange Segelyacht Amuri wurde 2024 von Solaris gebaut und hat ihren Sommerstützpunkt in Olbia auf Sardinien. In der Wintersaison ist sie in Martinique, Marin stationiert. An Bord finden bis zu 6 Gäste in 3 Kabinen Platz, darunter 1 Kabine mit Queensize Bett. Betreut werden sie von einer professionellen Crew aus 3 Personen. Mit einer Breite von 6,1 Metern und einem Tiefgang von 3,5 Metern ist Amuri ein moderner Neubau, der sich ideal für Törns im Mittelmeer und in der Karibik eignet. Zu den Sommerrevieren zählt das westliche Mittelmeer, darunter die Gebiete Neapel und Sizilien sowie Riviera, Korsika und Sardinien. Im Winter kreuzt die Yacht in den Kleinen Antillen, den Inseln über dem Winde, den Inseln unter dem Winde und auf den Britischen Jungferninseln.
Zur Ausstattung an Bord gehören ein E Foil, ein Wakeboard, ein Sea Scooter, Schnorchelausrüstung sowie ein William Jet 395 Tender. Die Yacht verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Klimaanlage, ein Soundsystem im Salon, Satellitenfernsehen und einen Eisbereiter. Für Gäste, die tauchen möchten, kann Rendezvous Tauchen organisiert werden. Die Crew besteht aus Kapitän David Alliot, einem französischen Kapitän mit mehr als zwanzig Jahren Navigationserfahrung im Mittelmeer und in der Karibik, Chef Mathieu Fiquemo, dessen Werdegang von der gehobenen Gastronomie in Paris und Monaco geprägt ist und dessen Küche mediterrane sowie asiatische Einflüsse verbindet, sowie der Stewardess Maud Zanlonghi, die zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Yachting Branche mitbringt. Die Charterpreise liegen zwischen €30.000 und €35.000 pro Woche. Amuri gehört zur Flotte luxuriöser Segelyachten mit Crew, die über Master Charter verfügbar ist.

Chef Mathieu has over 10 years of experience in land-based fine dining. He has worked in renowned establishments in Paris and Monaco. His cuisine is primarily Mediterranean, with Asian influences, always carefully prepared, elegant, and refined in its presentation.
He has completed two seasons in the Mediterranean aboard motor yachts, as well as one season in the Caribbean aboard a catamaran.
Creative, disciplined, and attentive to guests’ expectations, Chef Mathieu easily adapts to dietary preferences and delivers high-quality cuisine, ranging from relaxed dining to highly elaborate menus.
