Captain Filippo Matarese has 32 years of experience in the maritime sector, ranging from short-term charters to long-distance charters.
He has extensively crossed the eastern and western Mediterranean Sea and knows Mediterranean Sea very well and for this reason, he loves to make each charter unique, showing you the most recondite parts of the various landscapes. As captain, he is very proud to create tailor-made yacht cruising experiences for each charter. Fillippo has paid particular attention to the selection of the crew, according to the highest possible standards, he constantly takes care to details in order to ensure maximum comfort on board of the Lady B. He offers an enthusiasm that goes well with the positive attitude of the whole crew.

Whether assisting with housekeeping, fine dining or guest requests, Elena always goes the extra mile to deliver world-class service.
Elena holds the STCW Basic Safety Training and an intermediate knowledge of English and French.

Alessia excels in her duties as a stewardess, ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained on board. She brings extensive experience in hospitality, having previously fulfilled the responsibilities of stewardess on numerous charter yachts.
Alessia’s positive attitude and effective communication contribute to a harmonious atmosphere among the crew and guests.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, and swimming.
