Location Details: Merry-Time is able to pick up and drop off guests in the USVI and BVI.
Merry-Time's home port is Village Cay Marina, Tortola, BVI .
There is a fee of $500.00 to pick up in St. Thomas, plus Custom's, Immigration and exit fees for entering and leaving the BVI, estimated at $170.00pp.
There are no additional fees to charter in only the USVI.
Accommodation: 4 queen berth guest cabins (are 5'w X 6'6") each with a private en-suite electric head, shower and sink/vanity. Starboard side heads have dry stall showers, port side heads have wet showers.
All cabins have individually controlled air-conditioning for each cabins comfort.

Captain Malcolm Winter-DaBreo
Captain Malcolm is an experienced and safety-driven charter captain based in the British Virgin Islands, with over five years of command and marina leadership experience throughout the region. Known for his calm professionalism and deep knowledge of local waters, Malcolm has captained both sailing and motor yachts ranging from 40 to 62 feet, delivering seamless and memorable charter experiences.
His extensive background includes full command responsibility with The Moorings in Tortola, where he served as Captain, Dock Master, and Charter Operations lead from 2018 to 2025. In this role, he conducted detailed charter briefings and safety orientations, managed dock operations and fleet logistics, and captained full itineraries throughout the BVI. Earlier in his career, Malcolm served as Briefing and Dock Master with Dream Yacht Charter, coordinating marina operations and ensuring vessels and guests were fully prepared for their voyages.
Holding a Boat Master Grade 2 License (2025–2028), STCW 95 certification, Marine Radio License, First Aid certification, and ASA 101, Malcolm maintains full compliance with BVI maritime regulations and international safety standards. His strengths include vessel command and safe navigation, crewed and bareboat charter operations, passage planning, local area expertise, and strong crew leadership.
With a sharp focus on guest comfort, operational excellence, and safety at sea, Captain Malcolm brings confidence, reliability, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Virgin Islands to every charter he leads.

Born and raised in the Virgin Islands, Pia carries the heart and soul of the islands straight to the table. Coming from a family deeply rooted in life on the water, boating is more than a career for her — it’s part of her heritage.
With professional restaurant experience and hands-on yacht galley expertise, Pia blends vibrant Caribbean flavors with refined culinary techniques. Her background includes pastry work, restaurant leadership, and several years serving as a charter chef throughout the BVI with respected fleets such as The Moorings, Navigare, Horizon Yacht Charters, and Yacht Vacation Charters.
Now aboard MERRY-TIME, Pia brings warmth, creativity, and a calm, solution-focused presence to every charter. She takes pride in thoughtful menu planning, careful provisioning, and accommodating dietary needs with confidence and care. Her cooking is rooted in family tradition, island freshness, and a lifelong love of the sea.
