Časlav Reljić
Capitán I.
Desde el primer momento en que suba a bordo del Rara Avis, sentirá que está en manos seguras y hospitalarias de Časlav, un joven capitán de 34 años que ha pasado los últimos 12 años de su vida conectado con el mar.
Poco después de terminar la escuela secundaria, se dio cuenta de que su amor no era el comercio y el marketing, sino el mar y los barcos. Comenzó a trabajar como marinero en diferentes barcos y pacientemente navegó su camino hasta convertirse en capitán.
La experiencia que acumuló en el ínterin lo ha convertido en un excelente anfitrión que puede ofrecer a sus huéspedes el crucero más memorable. Časlav ha mostrado entusiasmo y amor por la naturaleza durante toda su vida, por lo que cuando no está navegando, pasa su tiempo libre en las montañas.
Para él, esta es la manera ideal de recargar sus baterías y conectarse con la naturaleza y su familia. Está casado, tiene dos hijos y su esposa comparte su amor por este trabajo, ya que proviene de una familia que ha trabajado en el turismo náutico durante varias generaciones.

Filip Brekalo
Capitán II.
Filip Brekalo nació en Split, Croacia, el 9 de febrero de 1985. Desde joven, se sintió atraído por el mar, lo que marcó el rumbo de su futura carrera. A lo largo de los años, Filip ha construido una impresionante reputación como un capitán hábil y dedicado, con más de una década de experiencia comandando yates de motor y mini cruceros a lo largo de la pintoresca costa adriática y en todo el mundo.
La experiencia de Filip en la transferencia de yates es un testimonio de su capacidad para navegar y gestionar embarcaciones en diversas condiciones y ubicaciones. Sus habilidades de liderazgo y gestión, perfeccionadas a lo largo de años de supervisión de tareas de navegación, reclutamiento de tripulación y acogida de turistas, inspiran confianza en su capacidad para manejar cualquier situación. Su fluidez en inglés y su competencia básica en italiano mejoran aún más su capacidad para interactuar con una amplia gama de clientes y miembros de la tripulación.
Los puntos destacados de su carrera incluyen servir como capitán de varios barcos notables. De 2013 a 2022, capitaneó pequeños cruceros como el m/s Pacific, m/s Amalia y m/s President a lo largo de la costa adriática. En 2022 y 2023, lideró el yate de motor de vela MSY Life is Good, realizando tareas de navegación mundial y manejando extensas responsabilidades gerenciales.

Fuera de su carrera marítima, ha logrado éxitos personales en varios campos. Está casado y es el orgulloso padre de un hijo. Como representante nacional croata en rafting, ganó una medalla de plata en el campeonato europeo. También es un árbitro de fútbol experimentado e instructor de esquí y rafting, lo que demuestra su versatilidad y pasión por la vida más allá del mar.
Kristian Vučić
Barman
La última incorporación al equipo de Rara Avis es Kristian Vučić, un camarero de 28 años y exjugador profesional de baloncesto croata.
Antes de ingresar a la industria de los yates, Kristian trabajó como camarero y barista en algunos de los restaurantes, bares y clubes nocturnos más aclamados de Croacia, donde obtuvo su experiencia en hospitalidad de 5 años.
Aporta una variada experiencia en hospitalidad a Rara Avis, y el equipo de Rara y los huéspedes son verdaderamente afortunados de tenerlo a bordo en la temporada 2023.
Sus antiguos colegas lo describen como un gran jugador de equipo y trabajador, pero relajado.

Marko Matić
Chef
Nacido y criado en la histórica ciudad de Sinj, donde tuvieron lugar las antiguas batallas por Croacia, el chef Marko tiene ese espíritu de lucha y la voluntad de dar lo mejor de sí en todo lo que hace.
Y él hace comida, lo hace con tal ligereza y entusiasmo. Marko ha dominado las habilidades culinarias como chef en varios restaurantes a la carta bien conocidos y elogiados a lo largo de la costa dálmata, así como en otros yates.
Como joven chef, tiene una visión más amplia en el sentido de estar más familiarizado con nuevas ideas y formas de cocinar, nuevos sabores y una gran variedad de selección de comestibles.
Su dedicación a la preparación de alimentos lo ha convertido no solo en un gran cocinero, sino en un increíble decorador de alimentos. Sus comidas cuentan una auténtica historia gourmet mediterránea que encantará tanto a sus papilas gustativas como a sus ojos.
El chef Marko se enorgullece especialmente de la preparación de platos rústicos de carne y pescado combinados con trucos de cocina moderna. Habla inglés, es muy amigable y está abierto a cualquier sugerencia de menú de los huéspedes, ya que su único deseo es completar la experiencia de crucero con una cena magnífica.
Su afán por complacer es muy visible y sabroso en sus creaciones culinarias.
Mirna Kozina
Hostess
Mirna Kozina nació en Split, Croacia, el 2 de julio de 1998. Su incursión en el mundo laboral comenzó en su adolescencia. Comenzó a trabajar de manera estacional en Ciprianis, un establecimiento local conocido por su delicioso helado, panqueques y productos de panadería. Esta experiencia sentó las bases para su futura carrera en la industria culinaria, ya que perfeccionó sus habilidades de ventas y comunicación con los clientes, siendo competente en croata e inglés.
Después de completar su educación secundaria, Mirna continuó sus estudios en diseño gráfico en la Escuela de Diseño, Gráficos y Construcción Sostenible en Split. Este trasfondo educativo le proporcionó valiosas habilidades técnicas, que más tarde integraría en sus esfuerzos profesionales.
A lo largo de su carrera, Mirna demostró versatilidad y un sólido compromiso con la excelencia. Desde sus primeros roles como vendedora en Bobis Riva y luego en Sugarin Ice Cream Production, se sumergió en el helado artesanal, dominando el arte de la producción y decoración mientras aseguraba estándares impecables de limpieza y servicio al cliente. Su trayectoria continuó con roles en Pumparela Gelateria y Zvijez D.O.O., donde perfeccionó aún más sus habilidades en ventas, gestión de suministros e interacción con los clientes. La dedicación de Mirna a su oficio la llevó a Slastičarnica Voćni Trg, donde se especializó en la producción y venta de helado artesanal.
Más allá de sus logros profesionales, las cualidades personales de Mirna brillan. Se la describe como comunicativa, adaptable y altamente motivada, con un fuerte sentido de la ética y una disposición para enfrentar desafíos. Su competencia en inglés, habilidades técnicas y fortalezas interpersonales la posicionan como un valioso activo en cualquier lugar de trabajo.
Roko Ercegović
Marinero
Roko es el miembro más joven de la tripulación en Rari Avis. Aunque solo tiene 19 años, sus colegas dicen que es trabajador, disfruta del mar y está ganando experiencia trabajando como marinero.
Nació en Split, donde se graduó de la escuela marítima, y después de esta temporada en el mar continuará su educación en la Facultad Marítima.
Entre los idiomas extranjeros, habla inglés, y en su tiempo libre le gusta jugar al fútbol.
Matelj Reljić
Marinero
Matej nació el 2 de febrero de 2000, lo que lo convierte en el segundo miembro más joven de la tripulación de Rara Avis.
Se graduó de la Escuela Secundaria Marítima en Split como técnico en ingeniería marina. Desde temprana edad siempre ayudaba en los barcos, ya que reside en un pequeño pueblo, en las afueras de la ciudad de Split, Krilo Jesenice, que ha sido famoso durante muchos años como un lugar en Croacia con el mayor número de constructores y propietarios de barcos.
Para Matej estaba muy claro a qué carrera dedicaría su vida. Antes de unirse a la tripulación de Rara Avis, ya había tenido algo de experiencia trabajando como marinero y como camarero en otro barco de alquiler. Habla inglés activamente.
Este joven, ansioso por aprender y servir, hace lo mejor que puede con una gran sonrisa en su rostro. En su tiempo libre, Matej se dedica a la pesca seria y también es un voluntario permanente del Departamento de Bomberos de la ciudad de Omiš.
