Zissis Ntovas
Captain - Greek
Captain Zissis, born in 1989, has extensive maritime experience spanning 15 years. He started as an Apprentice Officer at KYLA S.C. in 2009, later advancing to Gaslog LNG Services Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. By 2022, he had served as 2nd Officer and Chief Officer, excelling in navigational duties and safety management. He then transitioned to yachting, holding chief officer positions on MY Daloli, MY Magna Grecia, and MY Sanctuary. With a Master Unlimited license and postgraduate qualifications in Economics and Shipping Management, he is skilled in navigation, mooring operations, and leadership. His hobbies include snowboarding and watersports.

Romeos Kotsinis
Chef - Greek
Born in 1990, Chef Romeos brings over 15 years of dynamic culinary experience to the yachting industry, including three successful seasons as Private Chef onboard the 25m M/Y Seven Star. With a solid foundation in fine dining, luxury resorts, and high-end à la carte restaurants, he seamlessly combines technical expertise with creativity and precision.
He speaks English and specializes in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine with modern influences, being equally adept at creating bespoke menus tailored to guest preferences, including fresh seafood, healthy options, and contemporary fine-dining presentations. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Chef Romeos manages all galley operations independently, ensuring seamless service and exceptional onboard dining experiences for the guests of WATCH ME.


Akis Bibas
Engineer - Greek
Akis, an accomplished Chief Engineer, brings a wealth of maritime experience from both the yachting and commercial shipping sectors. With qualifications including an Engineer Class A’ COC and all the necessary certifications, he is well-equipped for the demands of the role. Ierotheos has served as Chief Engineer on several prominent yachts such as the M/Y Invader, M/Y Shooting Star, and M/Y Bang!, where he demonstrated his expertise in electrical, electronic, and control engineering, as well as maintenance and safety protocols. Possessing a Power Boat License and a solid educational background from the Merchant Maritime Academy of Aspropyrgos, Ierotheos is also proficient in computer applications and also speaks English. His broad hands-on experience, unwavering dedication, and exceptional leadership skills ensure the smooth and efficient operation of any yacht he serves on.


Angela Gjata
Stewardess - Greek/Albanian
Angela, born in 1994, is a dedicated and multi-talented Chief Stewardess with a strong background in high-end hospitality and over six years of yachting experience. Having previously worked on yachts up to 60 meters, such as M/Y Grace, George Five, and Hakuna Matata, Angela has proven her capabilities in silver service, housekeeping, provisioning, table settings, and guest-focused operations. Her previous role as a Flight Attendant for Qatar Airways further enhanced her five-star service standards and attention to detail. She also holds a BSc in Shipping Management, further supporting her professionalism and understanding of the yachting environment. She speaks English and Albanian, and her positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic make her a key member of the Watch Me team.


Anastasia Korompoki
Stewardess - Greek
At 23 years old, Anastasia brings fresh energy and a strong hospitality background to WATCH ME. Growing up on the island of Corfu, she honed her service skills working in her family’s hotels and restaurants before moving into yachting. Her experience includes roles as Solo Stewardess as well as Sailor/Stew on-board catamarans. Currently studying Tourism Management at ALPHA College in Athens, Anastasia has also completed specialised training in silver service, housekeeping, laundry, and maritime marketing, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional comfort and attention to detail.



Emmanouil Ferentinos
Deckhand - Greek
Emmanouil, born in 1979, brings a wealth of maritime expertise with over a decade of yachting experience. With 11 years of competitive sailing, he has developed exceptional seamanship and adaptability at sea. He has worked on various vessels, including the motor yachts "Happy Landing" (Ferretti 73) and "Alegro" (Ferretti 60), as well as a 64ft sailing yacht, honing his skills in deck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures. He holds a sailor’s and speedboat operator’s license, and his 6 years of experience at Agios Kosmas Marina provided him with valuable expertise in yacht handling and servicing. Emmanouil speaks English and his dedication to professionalism and guest satisfaction makes him an excellent addition to the Watch Me team.
