Experienced in water sports—including e-foil, kite wing, surf, SUP, and diving—he prioritizes safety, maintenance, and smooth sailing, while capturing life at sea through his photography and filmmaking.
Olivia is a Wellness Chef, gourmet-trained cook, and sommelier, crafting vibrant, healthy menus with wine pairings. With experience in fine dining and pastry, she elevates every meal, while her work as a certified Pilates instructor and art curator adds a unique wellness and cultural dimension onboard.
