Melvyn, hailing originally from the UK, boasts a distinguished career as a Chef, having crafted culinary experiences in renowned restaurants across the globe—from the UK and Switzerland to the United Arab Emirates and Sydney, Australia. His globetrotting experience as a Relief Chef eventually led him to the world of super yachts in Australia. After settling in New Zealand, Melvyn became a Head Chef, showcasing his culinary prowess not only in fine dining but also in private catering functions. His love for crafting new and exciting dishes, along with a keen focus on salads and healthy options, reflects his commitment to providing diverse and delightful culinary experiences. His dedication to the art of food and boundless creativity is sure to exceed the wildest dreams of anyone fortunate enough to experience his culinary creations.
