He speaks English and Italian fluently, and also knows a bit of Spanish, which helps him connect effortlessly with international guests. His cheerful attitude and approachable nature make everyone feel welcome from the moment they step on Lady Lona.

Before becoming a captain, Rene was a dedicated water polo player, a sport that strengthened his discipline, teamwork, and quick decision-making — qualities that now translate into exceptional seamanship. Skilled, attentive, and always prepared, he ensures that every moment on board runs smoothly.
