BBorn into a family of sailors, Ross has been connected with the sea from a young age. As a professional, he has navigated in the Caribbean and extensively in the Mediterranean, particularly around the Balearic Islands, on both sailing and power boats. With an in-depth knowledge of Ibiza, he enjoys guiding guests to hidden coves and the best anchoring spots. He has a strong connection to the sea and takes pride in creating meaningful experiences for the guests.

FRANCISCO MÉNDEZ - CAPTAIN (ROTATIONAL)
Francisco developed a passion for the sea early in life, starting with sailing before turning it into a professional career. As a captain, he brings solid experience navigating the Mediterranean, particularly around the Balearic Islands. With a deep understanding of Ibiza and Formentera, he specializes in creating tailored routes based on each guest’s preferences. Known for his calm and approachable nature, he creates a relaxed and personalized experience, carefully adapting each journey to their needs.

GIANFRANCO SANTANIELLO - CHEF
With over 15 years of experience as a chef, Gianfranco is a specialist in Mediterranean, Nikkei, and Italian cuisine. He is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest, using high-quality products and refined techniques. He brings creativity and attention to detail to every dish, ensuring a refined and enjoyable culinary experience.
Organization and cleanliness are at the core of his kitchen.

BELÉN POUSO - CHIEF STEWARDESS
Born in Uruguay and raised in Fuerteventura, Belén grew up surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, where she developed a deep passion for water sports such as surfing, kayaking, and diving. Energetic, athletic, and always with a positive energy, she is highly committed to teamwork and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service on board. As Chief Stewardess, she ensures a smooth and welcoming atmosphere for guests, always striving to create a memorable experience.

With over 10 years of experience in Yachting, across both interior and deck operations, María is known for her strong work ethic, discretion, and professional mindset.
