Tersane IV is a 23-meter motor yacht based in Southern Italy, accommodating up to 12 guests across 6 double ensuite cabins with a crew of 4. Built in 2006 and renewed between 2015 and 2019, the yacht flies an Italian flag and carries a main engine of 500hp with a cruising speed of 8 knots. Home port is Marina di Capo d'Orlando, with Palermo available as an alternative pickup point. The yacht charters throughout the Western Mediterranean, with a focus on the Naples and Sicily region year-round.
Onboard equipment includes full air conditioning, onboard Wi-Fi, a 5.85-meter dinghy with 40hp engine, snorkelling gear, a single kayak, fishing gear, BBQ, deck shower, and an icemaker. A larger 8.20-meter Zodiac tender with 300hp engines is available as an optional extra for cruising the Aeolian and Egadi Islands at €2,450 per week. Weekly charter rates for 2026 range from €15,200 plus VAT in low season to €19,000 plus VAT during peak summer weeks from late July to late August. The charter rate includes hire of the yacht with crew, fuel for the main engine for an average of 4 hours per day, generator and air conditioning fuel between 09:00 and 24:00, and bottled water. A food package is mandatory, with half board priced at €420 per guest per week and full board at €550 per guest per week. A 15 percent APA applies toward port fees, transfers, and beverages.

Excluded: Port fees (during the week, 1 night in harbour is mandatory at client cost); transfers, water ski (€120/h including dinghy, operator and fuel); fuel for generators and air conditioned between h.24.00 and h.09.00 €20/h.
Bigger tender available (only in Aeolian and Egadi Islands, 8,20mt zodiac with 300hp engines) €2.450/week, to be paid in advance.
Food (to be paid upon embarkation or with balance payment): Half Board mandatory (7 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 1 dinner) €420guest/week, Full Board (2 dinners excluded 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 5 dinners) €550/guest/week. Children 0-2 years old free of charge, 3-10 years old 50%. Food packages do not include special food (i.e lobster, and they are at extra cost).
Soft drinks (including beers): To be bought onboard at bar price list. It is not allowed to bring them from the land.
Alcoholics drinks: To be bought onboard at bar price list. If the client wants to self provide them a €500 corkage fee is requested for the service. If the client provides a list of alcoholics to the owner to be bought, a 30% surcharge will be added to the shop’s receipt.
A 15% APA will be asked for port fees, transfers, beverages.
