Luxury Motor Yacht Rena for Charter in the Bahamas
Rena is a 44-meter motor yacht built in 1989 and last refitted in 2024, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for winter and spring charters in Florida and the Bahamas, and in Newport, Rhode Island for summer charters in New England. The yacht accommodates 10 to 12 guests across five staterooms with a crew of 8. The cabin configuration includes two king staterooms, three queen staterooms, three twin berths, and two Pullman berths. The master stateroom and VIP stateroom are each fitted with a Jacuzzi tub, as are the three remaining guest staterooms, giving all five cabins private Jacuzzi tubs. The vessel is designed by Jack Hargrave and built by NQEA Yachts, and is powered by two Caterpillar V12 3512D engines producing 1,500 hp each, with a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. A Naiad stabilizer system with Quantum ARC 300 controls and a bow thruster are fitted.
Onboard water toys and equipment include a 35-foot custom HBI tender with twin 250 hp engines carrying up to 12 passengers, a 17-foot landing craft with 115 hp, two paddleboards, two single kayaks, a wakeboard, a kneeboard, a tube, two wave runners, water skis for adults and children, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment. All five staterooms include entertainment centers with DVD, CD, satellite, and Wi-Fi. Full air conditioning operates day and night, and a BBQ is available on deck. The galley supports special diets including kosher. Weekly charter rates range from $125,000 to $130,000, with a 10-night minimum requested over the winter holiday period. Below are three very large guest staterooms. Each have a private Jacuzzi tub and offers a queen bed and a twin bed. Two rooms have a large Pullman if needed.
