Melvyn, hailing originally from the UK, boasts a distinguished career as a Chef, having crafted culinary experiences in renowned restaurants across the globe—from the UK and Switzerland to the United Arab Emirates and Sydney, Australia. His globetrotting experience as a Relief Chef eventually led him to the world of super yachts in Australia. After settling in New Zealand, Melvyn became a Head Chef, showcasing his culinary prowess not only in fine dining but also in private catering functions. His love for crafting new and exciting dishes, along with a keen focus on salads and healthy options, reflects his commitment to providing diverse and delightful culinary experiences.
