Born and raised in Dubrovnik, Croatia. After completing her secondary education, she pursued her studies at the University of Zagreb, earning a Master's Degree in Marine conservation, sustainability and game management. From an early age, Ana developed a passion for the sea and boats, inspired by her coastal upbringing . With over a decade of experience in yachting industry, Ana is committed to gaining new knowledge and skills Highly motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic, Ana brings a positive attitude to her work. She is fluent in English and possesses an intermediate understanding of German and Italian.
Matej Zovko, Deckhand
Croatian and fluent in English, Matej brings a solid maritime foundation and a calm, professional presence to SALT’s deck team for the 2026 season. Having completed his cadetship on commercial vessels, he is well-versed in deck operations, safety standards, and structured onboard routines. And teamwork. Complemented by professional hospitality experience, Matej delivers discreet, attentive service while
maintaining immaculate deck standards. His reliability and professionalism make him a valuable asset to the yacht’s crew.
