Silolona is a 50-meter crewed sailing yacht accommodating up to 10 guests across 5 staterooms, with a crew of 17 including a trip leader and a PADI dive instructor. Built in 2004 and renewed in 2020, she sails under the Indonesian flag and is based in South East Asia, operating from two seasonal home ports: Labuanbajo from May to September and Ambon from October to April. The weekly rate is $130,900, with Indonesian VAT of 12 percent added. The charter is all-inclusive except for alcohol and dive certification.
The yacht operates as a fully licensed PADI dive centre, with diving included for certified guests and PADI certification available for USD 550. Water toys include adult and kids water skis, wakeboard, kneeboard, stand-up paddle, kayaks, snorkeling gear, a tube, and fishing equipment. Three 19-foot dinghies with 85 hp engines serve as tenders. Further onboard facilities include a gym, full air conditioning, onboard Wi-Fi, BBQ, deck shower, underwater camera, and a watermaker. The galley produces a rotating Asian-influenced menu drawing on Thai, Japanese, Balinese, Chinese, and Vietnamese preparations. From May to September, cruising covers Komodo National Park, Flores, Sumba, the Sawu Sea, Timor, Alor, and Lembata. From October to April, the yacht shifts to a West Papua base with itineraries across the Moluccas, Raja Ampat, and Cendrawasih Bay.
