Ocean Phoenix is a 23-meter crewed sailing yacht based in Panama City, Panama, accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 double cabins with a crew of 3. Built in 1996 by Pendennis and refitted in 2018 and 2019, she carries a Spanish flag and cruises at 8.5 knots under a Cummins 160 HP engine backed by an Onan 19 kW generator. Each guest cabin is positioned forward of the salon for privacy and has a private en-suite shower. One cabin includes an additional Pullman berth suitable for children. Weekly charter rate is $23,500 plus all expenses, with Christmas and New Year rates at $27,000 plus expenses.
Ocean Phoenix is available for the San Blas Archipelago and the Las Perlas Islands in the Gulf of Panama, with repositioning options to Costa Rica. Short-term charters are also offered, ranging from sunset tours and day trips to multi-day overnight itineraries to Las Perlas and Coiba. Onboard equipment includes two watermakers, an icemaker, a 5,000-watt inverter, full air conditioning, deck shower, swim platform, wakeboard, single kayak, snorkel gear, fishing gear, and underwater camera and video. The yacht is part of the luxury crewed sailing yacht fleet available through Master Charter. Captain Juan Luis Serra Lalaurie has over 20 years of charter experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific and is a qualified diving and sailing instructor. Chef Dery Luz Julio Sanchez joined charter yachts in 2017 and has logged over 30,000 nautical miles, cooking with an emphasis on local and health-focused cuisine.

She is a modern Yacht, spacious, light and airy. All guest accommodations are forward of the salon ensuring optimum privacy. Each cabin boasts private en-suite facilities with showers.

Juan Luis Serra LaLaurie, was born in Spain and made his home in Mallorca. He has been passionate about sailing since childhood, eventually racing actively in the J80 class. He later worked on his professional licenses and worked as a charter yacht captain for more than 20 years in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific. He is a qualified diving and sailing instructor. When Juan Luis acquired OCEAN PHOENIX, he set about refitting and upgrading her for luxury charter, outfitting her to be safe and comfortable for sailing with guests in all conditions and locations. Dery Luz Julio Sanchez
Position: Chef
Dery was born 1983 in Colombia, and always loved the water and cooking. She started her career as a chef on sailing yachts in 2017 and since then, she has logged more than 30,000 nautical miles in the Caribbean and in the Mediterranean, with many happy charter guests. It is Dery's passion to cook with an emphasis on the healthy lifestyle that she favors. Dery always adheres to guest preferences and creates some wonderful dishes that guests look forward to. Her cuisine is inspired by her global travel adventures, with an emphasis on the culture and local foods of the charter locations. Her friendly and sincere personality along with her perpetual smile, quickly makes guests feel welcome and relaxed on board the OCEAN PHOENIX.
