Caneren is a 27-meter gulet based in Gocek, Turkey, accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 cabins with a crew of 4. Built in 1996 by Mengi-Yay Tuzla and renewed in 2025, the yacht measures 6.63 meters in beam and 3.81 meters in draft. The cabin layout includes one master cabin with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two VIP double cabins, and one twin cabin, all with air conditioning. An onboard saloon features A/C, TV, bar, lounge, and dining for all 8 guests. A winter base port of Marmaris supplements the primary home port of Gocek, and summer cruising is operated in Turkish waters.
Caneren carries a full range of water toys including adult and children's water skis, a wakeboard, two stand-up paddleboards, two tubes, two single kayaks, a sea scooter, snorkelling gear, and fishing rods. A 3.60-meter tender with a 50 hp engine serves up to 6 passengers. Onboard systems include full air conditioning, a 140-litre-per-hour watermaker, an icemaker, two generators, an inverter, and unlimited WiFi in Turkish waters. Entertainment runs across Bluetooth speakers and IPTV in the saloon, aft deck, and master cabin. Caneren is part of the gulet and motor sailer charter fleet available through Master Charter. The captain is Cafer Kaya, who has served aboard Caneren since 2020, and chef Gönül Kaya specialises in Turkish cuisine using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Daily charter rates for 2026 range from €2,000 in April, May, October, and November to €3,250 in July and August, with a minimum booking of 4 nights. The charter rate includes VAT, fuel for up to 4 hours of cruising per day, generator and A/C fuel, Turkish public harbour fees on embarkation and disembarkation days, and unlimited WiFi in Turkish waters. Food and beverage costs are charged separately, with full board options available from €90 per adult per day. Early booking discounts of up to 10 percent apply for bookings confirmed before 31 January 2026. Crew gratuities are not included and are estimated at 5 to 15 percent of the total charter fee.

CAPTAIN : CAFER KAYA
Captain Cafer started his career at sea in 1988 as a chef onboard private vessels. Since then he has been working onboard yachts along the Turkish coast and Greek Islands. He became a captain in 1996 and has been serving onboard Caneren since 2020. Cafer has great communications skills and is a great team leader. He is an animal lover, a keen football fan and enjoys spending his free time in his garden. He speaks Turkish and beginner level English.
CHEF : GÖNÜL KAYA
Gönül and Cafer Captain make a great team onboard Caneren. After many years working at high-end hotels in the Bodrum area, Gönül began her yachting career in 2024 as chef. Specialising in Turkish cuisine, she focuses on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Her fresh bakes are a delight for breakfast and her homemade ice cream is a real treat for the children. A nature lover, Gönul enjoys swimming, fishing and hiking in her free time. Gönul speaks Turkish with beginner level English.
FIRSTMATE : UMUT CAMCI
Umut was born April 2002 in the historical town of Bodrum. He began his maritime career in 2019 onboard the yacht Cobalt, where he gained his first industry experience.
He has since worked on the yachts Caneren, and Lord Byron, operating in both Turkey and Greece. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Umut is a reliable and motivated crew member.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing football, and diving.
Umut speaks Turkish and beginner level English.
