Our crew

Jure Rakuljić

Captain

Jure has been in love with the sea since he was a little boy. Surrounded by his family’s long maritime tradition, it seemed only natural that Jure would follow their suit and embark on his journey as captain of Olimp at age 26.

But what makes him so accomplished despite being young is the years of experience gained sailing their first ship every summer during high school and further honing those skills onboard two additional vessels over time. Now, this talented seafarer and master nautical engineer is setting ambitious courses toward the Adriatic horizons!

When he’s not out sailing the high seas, Jure likes to take all that nature offers. He loves planning travels and making new memories with friends – kicking a soccer ball or watching a great movie!

Dominik Dujmović

Deckhand

Dominik is living the life of a true seafaring adventurer!

Born in 2002 into Omiš, an aptly-named pirate town on the Croatian coast, he has been passionate about sailing since childhood. After completing technical school and becoming an electrical technician at just 18 years old, he quickly started honing his skills as a skipper before boarding his first ship two years later.

His ambition drove him forward – 6 incredible and adventurous years later, Dominik is now part of the prestigious Olympus crew!

As a young person, his ambition is to build a career in the yachting field; with that, his passion for progress and learning never ends. With exceptional English fluency under his belt, he’s constantly discovering new places worldwide- when not relaxing by playing Play Station games, that is!

With 17 years of experience on ship cruises and before that sailing the high seas on a tank ship, Peter has experienced a lot, and He’s more than happy to share a story or two. With such great experience, there isn’t a part of the ship or a task at sea Peter isn’t accustomed to, so having him on a vessel radiates dependability and stability.
