Extra payments:
- APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 40% of the charter fee
This amount is used to cover, but is not limited to, the following costs:
fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for the tender and water sports equipment; fuel for personal watercraft*; food and beverages for the charter party; port fees; marina fees and anchorages; national park entrance fees; shipping agents’ fees; customs fees and charter licenses (if cruising in Montenegro or Italy); and other expenses for services requested by the charter party during the charter, such as the hire or purchase of any special equipment placed on board at the charterer’s request, as well as shoreside transportation and excursions. - VAT: 13% from the charter price
- APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer with the last payment to a shipping agent’s account. If APA is to be paid as a wire transfer, commission of 1.5% for the shipping agent will be deducted from the APA.

- Booking Terms: An option can be placed upon explicit email request and remains active until the agreed date. The booking must be confirmed while the option is active. If not confirmed, the option expires automatically after the agreed date without special notice. Please ensure you are aware of your option’s expiration date. A booking is considered confirmed once the charter agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit has been received.
- Payment Conditions:
- Deposit: 50% of the charter fee – due immediately as confirmation of the booking
- Balance: 50% of the charter fee plus any additional costs – due no later than 6 weeks before charter commencement
- Method of Payment: Wire transfer to the account of the charter broker
- NOTE: Gratuities (tips) for the crew are not included. The industry standard is 5% to 15% of the base charter rate, given at the charterer’s discretion.
- The price does not include: transfers from/to the airports, yachts, hotels, crew tip, 1.000€ repositioning fee for embarkation / disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” caused
- To drive a jet ski in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Jet ski. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Jet ski if one does not have a license with him/her
